Vince D’Writer Author and Sports Recruiter is a Native of New Orleans. He attended prestigious Purdue University. As a Sports Recruiter, Vince’s job consisted of assisting high school athletes in their quest to earn athletic scholarships. Which is a very expensive service. In search of a affordable alternative to assist athletes Vince decided to write a How to book called “Prize Athlete.” After writing his first book, Vince quickly developed a passion for writing and made a personal challenge to write a novel with characters and a storyline. He made his debut in the urban fiction books genre in July 2013 with his book “Mega Dollaz, Mega Problems”.

After starting my Tshirt company I was having major success, until it all began to crumble and I fell flat on my face. I didn’t really know how to come back, regroup or get back on the the right track. I learned from that failure and allowed it to help me move on to my next business venture.
Entrepreneurial AH-HA Moment
It was after being criticized by a specific critic and author after writing my first book, he was challenging whether or not I was a true author. I can remember being in the book store one day reading some pages of some books and that’s when it hit me, I had an “Ah-Ha moment”. I realized that my work was just as good if not better than some of the books I was reading . So that’s when I knew that I had to keep going and pursue my dream of becoming an author.
