“Challenge yourself to stretch out and reach for greatness.” I apply this in my own life on a daily basis.
In 2008 The Market took a major hit and in California real estate was going under and I lost about 1,000 clients. Losing 1,ooo clients will hurt any business. It was a really weird time in my life, my mother became ill with cancer and I was being audited all at the same time. So I got hit with all these things that I wasn’t used to. Thinking that I was going to go under, I actually in fact came out better.
The lesson I learned was just to attack one project at a time, and re-invent myself.
Entrepreneurial “Light Bulb” Moment
In 1997 one of my clients called me to his office to come and show him cloth and sell him suits, shirts and things. I happened to go back to that same office and I happen to see a young, hungry attorney still there in the same clothes. So I asked him, “Have you been here all night?” He said, “Yep. and that these partners have me here working day and night until we finish this project.”
So it was from that moment forward that I decided instead of people coming to see me, I would go see them and make it convenient for them and save them time. So then I realized there was a niche dressing executives in their office, rather than them coming to me. It changed my life and my business forever.
Art Lewin Bespoke Clothiers just re-launched another showroom into the Scottsdale, Arizona market.
Also stepping out to do more motivational speaking. Looking forward to to more public speaking, I see it being a big part of my future.
Also currently working on my first book.

Parting Advice for Success Stalkers
The greatest tragedy in life is not death. It’s living your life bound by the adversities of your past. So whether you grew up poor abused, little education, divorced, mentally and physically abused. YOU can do it. Don’t ever let someone’s opinions become your realities. Never let anyone control your destiny. It’ so important that you remember that.
